We found the staff both friendly and courtious, the quality of cooking questionable, enterainment good, we found our stay in the hotel very comfortable and relaxing. We found one male staff member in the lounge very courtious and friendly but it was noticed by us and a lot of guests that he had a very bad body odour. We were very disappointed that ...

Stafff and Hotel are a credit to your company, from the Bar staff, restaurant staff and reception nothing was too much trouble for them. Always helpful and very polite. Highly unusual being an old monastery very quiet, superb location, very clean and lovely decor.The dinner and breakfast really good quality and very very reasonable prices If there was anything to criticise would be the ion of tv channels, other than that excellent value for money.
