The modern complex was established in 2004 and has a total of 9 storeys. It is fully air-conditioned, and facilities on offer include a lobby with lifts and a 24-hour reception desk, as well as a safe and a currency exchange counter. In the well tended grounds, there are 2 swimming pools (1 heated) and a separate children's pool (heated), as well as a poolside snack bar and a sun terrace with loungers and parasols laid out ready for use.
