This apartment complex is surrounded by wonderful, sprawling gardens and comprises a 3-storey main building as well as a 3-floor annexe block with a total of 90 apartments. Fully air-conditioned, facilities within the hotel include an inviting foyer with a reception desk and lifts in addition to a café, a bar, a games room, a lounge with satellite TV and a restaurant. Moreover, Internet access is available for use as is medical assistance. Children may let off stream in the playground and participate in the kids' club activities (3 to 12 years of age) only during summer.

This pleasant complex lies in the northeast of the island just 400 m from the local sandy beach. A shopping centre, restaurants, bars and pubs as well as nightclubs are all to be found within walking distance and the train station lies directly opposite the hotel whilst the tourist centre, which feature an abundance of shopping and further entertainment venues is 300 m from the hotel. There is a park 500 m from the hotel and a forest approximately 1 km away, both of which are ideal for those wishing to undertake a relaxing stroll. The nearest big town is about 20 km from the hotel.

The apartments are located around 60 km far from the airport and 60 km from the capital.

Evaluation: Aparthotel Club Simo

El hotel no ha estado bien, la piscina no estaba climatizada muy fria y en referente a la comida para los niños muy mal. El servicio buffet tiene mucho que desear a un tres estrellas ya que no tenia nada de calidad. No habia ni un danone para los niños, ni unas salchichas para la cena, todos los dias patatas fritas. El miniclub ha sido muy pesimo, muy poca animacion, y en el snack solo habia embutido y alguna triste galleta.
