The charming, terraced-style apartment complex was newly opened in 2002 and comprises a 3-storey apartment block featuring some 17 wonderful apartments. Facilities within the main building include a welcoming reception area with a TV room/ lounge. The apartments are regularly cleaned and towels are changed three times a week whilst bed linen is changed twice a week.

This apartment complex is peacefully yet centrally located on a hillside in the south of the island just a stone's throw from the nearest wide sandy beach. Evaluation: Apartamentos Punta Marina

El apartamento no tenía vistas al mar, aunque la publicidad decía que sí , sólo se veía en una esquina de la terraza y lejos. La recpeción solo funciona tres horas al día y los domingos cierra, se nos fue la luz en el apartamento y aunque llamamos por teléfono nadie nos contestó.
