O Hotel está publicitado como 5 Estellas. Na realidade o Hotel é pior do que 2 Estrellas. Habitaciones detioradas con muy malo aspecto. Tudo muy viejo. Comida em Pensão Completa, muy, muy mala.

The hotel does not have the status of a 5 star hotel, it is in very poor condition. Ive been to 3 star hotels in a much better state. The images that you see on the site and on the quierohotel site are misleading. The food they serve is really bad. The cook is an Indian cook, and if you think your going to taste Portuguese food… your wrong, because everything is cooked with spices and seasoning tipical of Indian food. If you choose full board, your choices are limited to 1 meat or fish dish, it’s not buffet…so if you don’t like the food you have a problem… Sometimes… what’s on the menu is not available…In the pool there is a slide that at the base the iron stand is full of rust that falls into the pool. There are tiles missing in the pool. The air conditioners are old and broken and patched with tape. The Hotel is old and has not been maintained. The mattresses were very bad, we complained and they gave us the best suite in the Hotel to minimize our discomfort. The Portuguese employees were the most positive aspect, as they always tried to do their best to make us feel better. Ill never make a reservation for this Hotel again, nor for any of the MGM chain. The management is Asian Indiana, they do not understand anything about Western customs. It was an experience to forget. Would not recommend to anyone.
