Countless shops and leisure venues are to be found in the vicinity and the Lago Martiánez seawater swimming pools are 800 m away; convenient public transport links are located just in front of the hotel.

There is a direct bus line that will lead you from the airport on the north of the island or from the one located in the south of the island to the bus station of Puerto de la Cruz, the hotel is just opposite the bus station.
