Evaluation: Apartamentos Aquasol

Buenas tardes me complace mucho haber recibido este cuestionario de calidad sobre el Apartamento Aquasol pues la estancia no ha sido muy agradable... Comiezo por nombrar que al llegar, la recepción del hotel me da una serie de normas para firmar y me explica las normas de los apartamentos, mucha exigencia y poca calidad. La limpieza de los apartamentos demasiado escasa, en 7 días que estuve en los apartamentos sólo vinieron a limpiar un día y a las 3 de la tarde, despues de ese día no recibí más servicio de limpieza ni si quiera, cambio de toallas y ropa de cama. Las instalaciones de los apartamentos están regular pero necesitarían una renovación, sobre todo el área de la piscina, que tiene las alcantarillas levantadas, y faltan hamacas en el complejo. Y por último los apartamentos creo que están poco equipados, sólo nevera, cafetera y tostadora, no hay microondas, ni ningun otro electrodoméstico pequeño. Muchas gracias por la oportunidad y siento mucho tener que dar estos comentarios de los apartamentos que ofertáis en vuestra página.
