The building, which was a Roman villa belonging to Emerita Augusta Merida and that always has been inhabited, completing but always maintaining its initial construction as the oldest building of Segeda Romana. It is completed in the cordon to be part of the current Plaza. It adapts to the century in 2008. Unchanged which is already a protected heritage building level 1.
