Marvellously located, this splendid historic hotel occupies what was formerly the town hall, in the centre of Pueblo Blanco. General information and How to arrive Parador De Ronda

It has a swimming pool and cheerful bedrooms with beautiful views and comfortable split-level suites with terraces. The gastronomic side of the Parador includes excellent Andalusian style dishes such as stewed partridge, roast kid, rabbit 'a la rondeña', almond soup, 'ajo blanco' (cold garlic soup) and 'salmorejo'.

The most noteworthy desserts are 'Yemas rondeñas' (sweet egg yolk flans), 'tortitas de miel' (cake with honey) and 'queso de almendras' (almond cheese).

En general muy bien. Lo mejor del parador,sus vistas y ubicacion. El hotel muy bonito y limpio.el personal amable y educado aunque siempre alguien tiene un ma dia, nos pasa a todos. Lo unico menos bueno entrecomillas seria el cuidado de la habitacion,era muy bonita y estaba muy bien pero ahi pequeños detalles... Por ejemplo,algunos muebles tienen pequeños desperfectos que para la categoria del hotel y su precio creo que deberian corregir. Alguna humedad en la pared y creo que a la terraza le haria falta una mano de pintura.eso si,el comentario es sobre mi habitacion,las demas no se como estarian. Pero vamos,que son pequeños detalles. Por lo demas muy bien todo. Repetiria.
