Built in 2005, the hotel is a modern building with some of the 67 rooms (spread over 5 floors) offering beautiful views of the Duero River. One of the rooms is adapted for disabled persons. The interior of the Parador has a very friendly appearance. The wooden floors and furniture offer a special grace to its common rooms, which are favoured by plants, paintings and engravings.

The majority of the bedrooms enjoy peaceful views of the Duero valley. The restaurant, with a modern appearance, comforts the traveller with good garlic soups 'a la soriana' and exquisite French beans, without forgetting the typical 'migas' (fried breadcrumbs) and local roast lamb.

The Parador is installed in the so-called 'Parque del Castillo', a tree-covered area of great beauty. It is reached by crossing the city and following the signs to 'Parque del Castillo'.
