Os quartos deveriam ser remodelados, pois o quarto em que eu estive tem paredes com humidade e a desfazeremse, a pintura está a saír. Quanto ao resto nada tenho a referir de forma negativa. Gostei em geral.

Para ser un hotel de cuatro estrellas, en comida bastante mala, no por abundancia sino por calidad, la limpieza buena, la espera de subida o bajada para los ascensores pesima, los baños estrechisimos, piscinas grandes pero con poca limpieza, dejan meter barcas hinchables como si estubieran en la playa....

Bom, especialmente para familias... Empregados simpáticos, muito espaço e piscina adequada para crianças. Noites agradaveis com esplanada espaçosa. Vista espectacular do mirador do hotel. Integrado na zona calma de Benidorm, mas facilmente acessivel de transportes públicos para o centro.

Lo unico que merece la pena de ese hotel son las vistas y el spa, y es un robo por que es un hotel de 4 estrellas y te dan los servicios de uno de 3, la atencion en recepcion es muy desagradable y el servicio de limpieza es el de un motel de carretera. Cuando llegamos al hotel y subimos a la habitacion me encontre la habitacion sin limpiar, habia bichitos en la almohada de la cama, el sofa con restos de comida y lo mas asqueroso la bañera estaba el cable de la ducha lleno de pelos de los anteriores clientes y toda la bañera con restos de jabon, pero lo peor de todo es que estuvimos 3 noches y no limpiaron la habitacion ni un dia y para colmo nos quitaron una foto retrato de la mesilla que lo reclame en recepcion y pasaron del tema. Jamas volvere a ese hotel y recomiendo que no vayan al no ser que les guste que les timen.pd.el buffet muy cutre.
