El martes pedí una almohada más blanda, que vi. En la carta de servicios del hotel que se podía pedir, el viernes me marche sin que la almohada fuese cambiada. En nuestra petición del hotel teníamos pensión completa pero nos cobraban la bebida. En ningún momento nos informaron del los servicios del hotel como piscina interior, gimnasio, sauna.
