La estancia ha sido muy muy agradable. He estado tres dias y han sido estupendos. El hotel aunque su acceso es un poco complicado por estar en la carretera, todo lo demas ha sido de nuestro agrado. La relacion calidad precio, estupendo. Limpio, espacioso, y con todas las comodidades. Es un hotel familiar con lo cual la atención ha sido muy buena, eficaz y profesional. El entorno es muy bonito, estando a poca distancia de Cangas de Onis, de Covadonga y otros puntos interesantes para visitar. Felicito a la familia que regenta el hotel, a Concepción y su hija, las cuales han hecho de nuestra estancia unos dias inolvidables.

Hemos pasado 5 dias muy agradables en la hermosa Asturias. El hotel muy acogedor,s e respiraba tranquilidad y la atencion muy amable del personal, aunque tengo que decir, que era solo una persona la que se dedicaba atodos los servicios del hotel, resolviendolos sin ningun problema. El unico inpedimento era la entrada del hotel, en la misma carretera, y mi opinion es de ser un poco arriesgada y peligrosa.

Nos hemos alojado sólo una noche por lo tanto no hemos podido valorizar ampliamente los servicios. Lo que se nos brindó fue un servicio standart en este tipo de alojamiento: habitación amplia y bien aseada, desayuno algo escaso. Hubo conversaciones de otros viajeros en voz muy alta alrededor de las 04:00 hs., lo que perturbó nuestro sueño. Había sólo una Sra. para desempeñar todas las actividades relacionadas con la atención al cliente checkin, checkout, servir el desayuno, limpiar las mesas, responder las preguntas de los viajeros, etc., que se desempeñó eficazmente a pesar del desgaste físico y emocional que eso conlleva.
