The centre of Carvoeiro is located around 2 km away and the beach is easily reached down a flight of steps that lies around 300 m from the hotel. Public transport departs from stops directly in front of the hotel. Plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs are to be found around 1.7 km from the hotel.

Visatas estupendas. Personal muy amable. Limpieza y estado de las instalaciones mediocre la habitación, una suite!!!!, necesita una reforma ya!! : baño muy sucio azulejos y suelo manchados de restos no se sabe de qué año y rotos, grifería vieja, lavabo que se atasca... y deteriorado, hormigas por todas partes desde el primer momento de la entrada a pesar de que acababan de limpiar, increible!!: por el suelo, paredes, azulejos, bañera... mobiliario envejecido y en mal estado. Resumiendo: sucio, sucio, sucio, viejo, viejo, viejo. También echamos de menos mejor atención al cliente español, todo gira alrededor del cliente inglés sobre todo, es insufrible, sobre todo los horarios, ni siquiera las cartas están en español ni el personal se hace entender...
