This hotel is ideally situated in the exclusive tourist area of Meloneras in the vicinity of the historical lighthouse and the beautiful sand dunes of Maspalomas beach, while the promenade with its luxurious boutiques is also nearby. The resort offers marvellous panoramic views overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, sand dunes, palm trees and the mountainous landscape of Gran Canaria. Restaurants and bars can be found on the hotel's doorstep and the city of Las Palmas is approximately 60 km away.

A broad programme of entertainment includes numerous activities during the day, spectacular fire shows or exciting African dance performances in the evening. The impressive pool landscape comprises eight different pools, all heated. There is a children's swimming area and a sun terrace with poolside snack bar, sun loungers and parasols. Children can enjoy the African leisure park with its big playground, own stage, snack bar and its Aquapark. In the immediate vicinity are tennis and paddle tennis courts.
