Evaluation: Hotel Arenas Del Mar Beach & Spa

Mi opinión sobre el hotel no es mala en lineas generales, pero creo que no se merece las cuatro estrellas. Es un hotel muy tranquilo, la comida no es mala, aunque no tiene mucha variedad. El personal es agradable, pero no a la altura de un hotel de cuatro estrellas. La limpieza es básica no ofreciendo los servicios de un hotel de la calidad indicada. En el comedor el personal hace comentarios en voz alta, se llaman entre ellos enterandonos todos aun estando en la otra esquina. El servicio te lo colocan en la mesa con las manos que recogen los platos utilizados, si es que te lo colocan, porque otras veces te dicen donde está para que tú lo cojas y lo coloques. Te sacuden el mantel ya usado y si está manchado le dan la vuelta sin más. No sabemos que estamos comiendo ya que la comida servida no está identificada.
