Habiendo contratado un todo incluido, deja mucho que desear puesto que cerraron el restaurante de la piscina, el jacuzzi, la sauna, bares de la piscina, dejando unicamente un bar abierto. No pudiendo hacer uso de los servicios incluídos cuando se paga un todo incluído. Roza la estafa el hecho de contratar un hotel con unos servicios que luego no puedes disfrutar, independientemente del precio que se pague. No han cambiado las sabanas en cinco días.

Buenas tardes, con respecto a instalaciones el hotel es fantástico pero es una pena que las largas colas para entrar en el comedor decepcionen tanto al cliente. El primer dia esperamos 1 hora y media para entrar a almorzar y en la cena 1 hora, es la primera vez que veo algo asi. Con respecto a instalaciones muy bien pero la mitad de ellas sin funcionamiento como gimnasio...etc. Nosotros no hemos puesto reclamación alguna pero la verdad es que tendré que pensármelo muy bien para volver a este hotel. Un saludo.

Nos metieron en una habitación en la que ni se podía respirar del olor tan espantoso a humedad, y con unos manchurrones enormes de humedad en las paredes. Después al decirlo, nos cambiaron a otra en la que no olía a humedad, pero el cuarto de baño sí olía mucho a cañerías. Los aseos comunes apestaban, pienso que deberían limpiarlos más a menudo.

El hotel tiene buenas instalaciones, especialmente las piscinas. Las habitaciones son confortables, y bien el cuarto baño. El buffet discreto, mejor por la noche. Bastante bien, la relación precio calidad. A estos precios se puede volver.
