Un punto bastante importante es la limpieza ya que hacian la habitacion cada 2 dias aunque solo se hacia la cama!!, otro punto la variedad de bufett, practicamente todos los dias era lo mismo. Y otro punto que yo considero muy importante es el trato de la persona que te recibe cuando tu llegas a un lugar atencion al cliente, dicha persona el trato que tiene bajo mi punto de vista es un poco agradable, deberia de cambiar un poquito el trato que tiene con sus clientes!.

Los apartamentos me parecen muy caros para lo que es. Por no haber no había ni mistol ni estropajos. El césped creo que no lo cortan des de hace como mínimo un año. A parte nos tocó una habitación que se sentía el ruido del motor del aire acondicionado de la recepción, durante toda la noche.

El apartamento se encontraba lleno de hormigas, la cocina era excesivamente pequeña y a nuestra llegada, el menaje de cocina se encontraba sucio en gran parte. Por otro lado, el agua caliente era inexistente y tuvimos que quejarnos en 2 ocasiones para que se procediera a su reparación estando sin agua caliente 3 de los 6 días de estancia.
