Evaluation: Hotel Aguamarina Golf

El hotel esta a la altura de un 4 estrellas, lo unico que estoy en desacuerdo es en que la piscina climatizada no funciono el dia festivo, ya que como me dijeron posteriormente a mi queja, ni los fines de semana ni los festivos funciona. Ni en la pagina de internet , ni cuando entré y me entregaron la documentación con las normas del hotel, ponia lo anteriormente dicho, y dado que elegí ese hotel porque iba con un niño de 5 años y la otra piscina estaba helada, para mi fue una distorsión grande ya que tuve que llevar al niño antes de la salida por no poder bañarse en la piscina. Otro tema pero para mi sin tanta importancia es la ausencia de snak en el todo incluido, gracias por su interes.
