Established in 2005, this apartment complex was built using modern construction techniques. It comprises a total of 114 apartments, spread across the main building and the annexe over 6 floors. Guests are offered a lobby with a 24-hour reception, 4 lifts, and a supermarket. Further facilities include 2 cafés, 2 bars, 2 pubs, an auditorium and a games room. Evaluation: Aparthotel Guitart La Molina Resort & Spa Alp 2500

En general ha sido muy satisfactoria. A destacar como positivo la tranquilidad, la amabilidad del personal y la cercania de las pistas. Como negativo, el SPA un poco pequeño, la cama de matrimonio tenia un juego de sabanas y mantas demasiado pequeñas y faltaba un poco de limpieza en la habitacion.
