Hotel antiguo, con varias cosas por mejorar, entre ellas el colchón, la almohada, termostato no funcionaba, no se podia regular, ruidoso se escucha absolutamente todo el ruido de la calle. Por otro lado, la atención del personal de recepción es excelente coincidimos con 3 chicas y fueron muy amables y serviciales, asi como la ubicación y el aparcam...

La estancia bien, Pocas camas de matrimonio por lo cual es dificil de pillar alguna, por lo demas bien baños limpios, buena presencia en las habitaciones, curiosos. Metro cerca linea 11 San Francisco.

Llegamos tarde por la noche a hacer el check in, previo aviso el día anterior por teléfono, y la verdad que muy bien, sin problemas y check in rápido. Lo malo, a pesar de ser dos personas en habitación doble, únicamente había toallas para una persona. Teníamos prisa y no hemos ido a solicitar más a nadie, pero es una pena no poderse asear con comod...

He reservado varias veces con este hotel y hasta ahora había estado bien pero en esta ocasión el primer día faltaron las toallas de lavabo y el segundo aparte de una toalla no volvieron a reponer el champú, gel, etc. Parece que empiezan a recortar, una pena porque este hotel por calidad precio estaba aceptable.
