El hotel no se corresponde con un hotel de categoría de 4 estrellas. La recepción es muy pequeña y está todo muy comprimido. Pero el problema más grande fue que nos encontramos detrás de la puerta de la habitación 3 calzoncillos sucios y un calcetín. Eso te dice bastante de la limpieza del hotel. Por otro lado, la cama que es un elemento importante de un hotel era muy cómoda.

Habitación agradable con buena relación calidad precio y el metro junto a la puerta. Además se puede desayunar bien en los locales de alrededor. El minibar es un poco caro.

Muy buen hotel. Bien comunicado, justo al lado de la parada de metro de plaza de Castilla. Habitaciones amplias y muy limpias. El precio muy bien para la calidad del hotel.

En muy buena situación junto a las Torres kio. Cerca de Plaza Castilla, y al lado del metro. Lo peor fue la ducha de la habitación la cual no sale el agua con mucha fuerza y las señoras de la limpieza que los dos días que nos alojamos nos despertaron desde temprana hora.
