Evaluation: Hotel Arcea Halcón Palace

Tuvimos que reclamar una cama para el tercer adulto para el tercer y cuarto día ya que nos pusieron una cama supletoria muy pequeña, corta y que se doblaba al tumbarte, nuestra reserva era para 3 adultos. Si no hubiese sido por esto yo que hice la reserva hubiera dormidoos 4 días, no los dos ultimos. Si no hubiese sido por esto la puntuación seria otra superior. Me fastidia tener que reclamar cuando pides lo tuyo. El personal del hotel se disculpo por el error. Pienso que intentaron haber si colaba para toda la estancia.
