The complex consists of 39 units, bungalows, one and two bedrooms with double sofa bed downstairs. Apartment, one bedroom and studios with terrace surrounded by green areas with a splendid swimming pool with a separate area for children to enjoy a nice swim and relax in the sun. This attractive apartment complex is located in a quiet, although central, location, right in the tourist area of Playa de las Américas. The complex lies within minutes of the beach and the town centre. Public transport is to be found in the surrounding area (approximately 100 m away). En general, todo normal salvo porque tuvimos que pagar una fianza de 100€ por cada apartamento, que seria entregada al finalizar la estancia. Nadie nos aviso y no tenemos porqué disponer de más dinero del que ya se ha pagado. Muy mal por eso.
