The hotel is located in the southern part of the town of Playa de las Américas, directly on the extensive promenade. It is a mere 300 metres to the local beach, Playa de Troya. The tourist area of Las Veronicas with its countless shopping venues, restaurants, bars and entertainment venues is located in the hotel's vicinity (600 m). Public transport departs from a stop located 200 m from the hotel. The airport is approximately 15 km away.|

La habitacion que me fue asignada en el hotel, nada tienen que ver con las fotografias que estan colgadas en la web, cosa que conlleva una tremenda decepcion al llegar al hotel, lo logico seria que si disponen de diferentes calidades de habitaciones, esta circunstacia fuera informada y mostraran las fotografias reales de la habitacion contratada. La habitacion del hotel eran muy antiguas y sin reformar, que no concuerdan con la clasificacion de un hotel de 4 estrellas y no coincidian con las fotografias de la web que eran nuevas. Por lo demas todo correcto pero con la decepcion de la habitacion, ya nada parece suficiente.
