Its main entrance is located within walking distance of shopping areas and Yumbo, La Sandia and Prisma shopping centres. The back is centred around the main access to the Playa del Inglés, noted for its quiet and central location. A bus stop is on the hotel's doorstep.

At guests' disposal are a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out for use, an outdoor swimming pool (heated in winter) for adults with a hot tub and waterfall and a pool for children.
