Las instalaciones estan muy bien, completas, pero los servicios prestados no. En el spa una de las saunas no funcionaba, en el bar la mayoria de cosas que se pedian se les habia acabado el dia anterior, y el el buffette no hay mucha variedad.

El hotel cumple con las expectativas contratadas en cuanto a instalaciones y servicios, pero nos hubiera gustado saber de antemano que el horario de la cena era de 18:00 a 21:00 horas, puesto que contratamos media pensión y este horario no se ha ajustado en absoluto a nuestras necesidades. Todos los servicios muy orientados a los clientes extrangeros.
