The complex, consisting of 2 buildings (Bonanza Canarife) was renovated in 2006 and has marvelous views over the Orotava Valley, Mount Teide and the Atlantic Ocean. It has a maximum of 7 floors where 390 rooms are divided. There are large tropical gardens, the reception service open 24 hours and lifts in each building. Also available to customers are buffet restaurants with show cooking in every service, a la carte restaurant (reservations required, free in all inclusive) bars, snack bar, barbecue (on request), a conference room, Internet access (additional charge) and laundry service (extra charge).

This attractive complex of 2 buildings is situated in the tranquil area of La Paz in Puerto de la Cruz. The centre of the resort and the Lago Martiánez saltwater swimming pools are 1.5 km from the complex. The beach is 1.5 km away, and just 300 m away guests will find a public transport stop, as well as a wealth of bars, restaurants and shops. The transfer time from the resort to Tenerife North Airport is just 25 minutes.

At guests disposal are 2 outdoor pools, 2 indoor pool and children's pool. There is also a snack bar and sun loungers (free). The Spa offers a jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath (free) more facial and body treatments and massage service (charges apply). Fitness center, tennis courts, a multi-sports to play volleyball, basketball and soccer, and an animation program with varied activities during the day and evening. For children there is the mini-club and playground. You can also use the pools, bocce, shuffle board and mini golf Hotasa Interpalace the opposite.

Massentourismus, dh. ein staendig ausgebuchtes Hotel bewirkt in unserem Fall, bewirkt bei den Verantwortlichen ein Art Saettigungsgefuehl. Soll bedeuten, wenn ich keinen Hunger habe, muss ich mich nicht anstrengen. Die Parallele findet sich im Service des Hotels. Zeiten, in denen sich Hotelangestellte noch ordentlich ins Zeug legen WOLLTEN, um Kunden ein tolles Urlaubsgefuehl zu geben, sind vorbei. Minimalaufwand ist die Devise. Im Fall Bonanza werden 2 oder drei weitere HotelGebaeude von nur einer Rezeption betreut...bitter fuer den Kunden. Jede Frage an der Rezeption gleicht einer unliebsamen Stoerung und offenbart die schlechte Holtelorganisation. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer entspricht NICHT einem 4* Standard Zimmer 1252: Betten fuer den Sperrmuell, weil wackelig, kaputt und verbraucht KlimaAnlage die entgegen Katalogangaben an kalten Abenden nicht das Zimmer waermt defektes Toiletten Wasserventil, dessen permanentes Fliessgeraeusch ein Schlafen ohne Ohrenstopfen unmoeglich machen, durchgesessene und Verunreinigte UraltSitzmoebel.... Die Insel und die eigene Motivation das Beste aus der Situation zu machen ist hier der Grund fuer ausgebuchte Zimmer, nicht der Service und die Ausstattung des Hotels.
