This apartment complex is located above Puerto Rico and has been built in a terraced style on the hillside meaning that the sprawling complex offers wonderful views out over the harbour and the bay. In the immediate vicinity, guests will find shops, restaurants, bars, and pubs. The beach is approximately 1.5 km away and can be reached by making use of the regular public bus service. Links to the public transport network are located in the hotel's vicinity (about 50 m away), and it is approximately 57 km to Gran Canaria airport.

Guests should follow the motorway towards Puerto Rico, passing a business centre and then turning off to the right. Pass a park, and at the roundabout take the exit Avenida de la Cornista and continue to the end of this road, past the Europa business centre.
