The hotel occupies the 100-year-old site of the Serono pharmaceutical company. This emblematic building has been completely refurbished in 2010 to turn it into a high-class hotel with, amongst other facilities, 144 guest rooms, including 9 suites, nearly 700 square metres in reception rooms and a pillarless gourmet restaurant, lined in travertine marble, which opens out onto a terrace of over 200 square metres. The hotel's seven meeting or reception rooms offer modern facilities for the organisation of events of all types, from small business meetings to big social functions such as weddings and banquets. The air-conditioned establishment welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services.
