Built in 2007, the fully air-conditioned city hotel comprises a total of 210 rooms, 146 of which are twin/double rooms (4 of these are disability friendly), 62 junior suites and 2 suites. Facilities include: an entrance lobby/lounge area with lifts and a 24-hour reception desk, a cloakroom, gift shop, hairdresser's, TV room, piano area, 2 restaurants, 3 bars, conference facilities, WLAN/Internet access and a bike rental service. This hotel and Thalasso centre is situated in San Pedro del Pinatar, in front of the "Salt Mines of San Pedro Natural Park" (Parque Natural de las Salinas de San Pedro). It is roughly 2 km from the old town, where guests will find several bars, shops and restaurants. The hotel is also ideally located 1,800 m away from 2 beaches: Villananitos beach (Mar Menor) and Mojón beach (Mediterranean Sea). San Javier Airport is around 15 km away.

In addition, there are 22 cabins specialised in Thalasso massages and mud therapy, 12 beauty cabins and 11 physiotherapy cabins. Activities such as yoga, tai chi and aqua gym are offered on certain days (fees apply). The hotel offers an outdoor swimming pool with a bar as well as a chill-out bar on the rooftop terrace.
