This hotel is centrally located around 500 m away from the city centre with an abundance of shops, bars, pubs and nightclubs. It is a mere 200 m to public transport connections and 3 km to the sea and the beach, whereas the airport is 35 km away.

Coming from Faro airport: Follow the highway A22 in direction to Spain. Get out on the direction Tavira (first roundabout). On the second roundabout follow into direction Vila Real de Santo Antonio, follow the same road about 700 m than turn right on indication Tavira. When arrive to the river side turn right. Follow under the railway line and turn left to the bridge. Pass the bridge and follow up the same road, than turn on your left and immediately on your right to the hotel.

Evaluation: Hotel Porta Nova

Sem ser má, também não foi boa, pois tivemos que mudar de quarto pois o ruído duma instalação junto à piscina, penso tratarse do ar condicionado, era impossivel de aturar e dormir. Mudámos para mais longe , mas o ruído, embora menor, ainda continuava. Também não tivemos frigorifico durante toda a estadia, embora tivessemos reclamado, ninguém foi lá resolver o problema.
