General information and How to arrive
Situated just 150 m from Vera Playa, this is the ideal place for a family to stay. Vera is a quiet Mediterranean village with 7 km of beaches and all the services necessary for a wonderful holiday. Guests will find Turre, Antas, Cuevas, Los Gallardos and Garrucha surrounding the hotel and it is just five minutes' drive from Mojácar. Restaurants, bars, shops and links to the public transport network are all in the immediate vicinity and the beach is around a 7-minute walk away. Puerto Rey and the water park are both around 1 km from the apartment hotel.
From Almeria Airport take the A-3113. At the 1st roundabout take the second exit, go straight through the second, and at the 3rd take the turnoff sign posted E-15/A-7. Continue until exit 529 (Vera), at the roundabout follow signs for N-340 and Vera. At the next roundabout take the second exit signposted A-1200. Take the 2nd exit at the next turn on the right, and the property is on the right.

Pros: el trato del personal del establecimiento muy amable y cordial. El apartamento amplio y cómodo. Ambiente familiar y agradable. Próximidad a las playas. Contras: el mantenimiento, p.e. las piscinas tenían tierra en los fondos. El año anterior dejaban los robots de limpieza toda la noche y este año hemos observado que se colocaban tan solo de 8 a 10-11 de la mañana.
Recomendable si tienes niños. Mejor con vistas a las piscinas.

En lineas generales hemos quedado satisfechos con las instalaciones del apartahotel y el bufee libre, con las siguientes salvedades: deberian realizar mantenimientos generales del jacuzzi del atico donde nos ubicamos, tambien deberian cambiar las camas ya que la nuestra estaba coja y se movia bastante, deberian ampliar el horario de bufeet y dejar claro si esta o no incluida la bebida en la pension elegida, deberian realizar un mantemiento en la fachada ya que se ve descuidado y mejorar el acceso al apartahotel, en lo que se refiere al mobiliario del atico y comida del bufeet un diez y las piscinas tambien un diez.

Trato muy correcto por parte del personal, las habitaciones limpias y todo muy cuidado. La playa estaba ha escasos 5 minutos del aparthotel. Las dos piscinas de adultos, limpias y poco profundas, pasando de unos 1.20 a 1,80 máximo, ideal para niños. Poco ambiente por los alrededores, debiendo ir a Garrucha 10 min. en coche a pasear y comer pescado en cualquiera de los numerosos restaurantes que hay en su paseo marítimo. Ambiente muy familiar.
