Seria demasiado extenso detallar una por una la cantidad de cosas que hemos tenido que soportar en este hotel de supuestas 4 estrellas. Desde el abandono de las instalaciones, pasando por un colchón en el que se clavan los muelles. La calidad de la comida deja mucho que desear así como las colas en desayuno y cena. Fuimos solamente día y medio por nuestro aniversario y fue fantástico, es la segunda vez que nos alojamos, pero esta vez fuimos sin niños, claro esta....la habitacion que nos tocó esta vez nos toco el portal C en un tercer piso, una habitación superior que parecia un apartamento, precioso de verdad un 10, ahh gracias y mil gracias a PIERA GUEST EXP...

La primera habitación que nos dieron era pésima, pero tras una queja y posterior cambio a otra, esta era mucho mejor. En cuanto a la comida estaba buena pero le faltaba variedad en carnes y pescados.

En general bien en este hotel, pero todavía necesita algunas reformas que parece ser que van a acometer. Lo más urgente es la sala de Buffet que tendrían que ampliar las zonas donde ponen la comida.
