Muy buena habitación, bonitas vistas al río. Buena cama y buen colchón. El hotel tiene parquing en una zona en la que es importante. El personal muy amable y mucha limpieza. Mucha profesionalidad del personal.

Imposible encontrarle una pega a este hotel. Imposible. Está al lado del Pilar, tiene muy buen servicio, habitaciones estupendas y limpias y si tienes la suerte de que te den una con vistas a la basílica

La experiencia ha sido negativa. Primero nos metieron en una habitacion pequeña con un colchón pésimo con un calor insoportable y el aire climatizador no funcionaba....nos quejamos y nos dicen que es que el aire sale calor en invierno y frío en verano...le dijimos que no podía ser...nos sentimos vacilados por el que estaba en recepción en esos mome...
