Tenía buena valoración de hace 15 días que había estado por primera vez una habitación, amplia buenas vistas al mar etc pero esta vez me lleve una desilusión nos toco la habitación pequeña era agobiante estar en esa habitación. Era el piso 7 y por los pasillos agujeros en los techos, mala imagen.

Se demoraron 4 horas en darnos una habitación sin balcón, sin jabón ni champú con la bañera. Sobre Quierohotel: A ustedes les doy un 10 al hotel 5 y es mucho no llega ni a 3.

La situación del hotel es muy buena, en frente del lago martianez, las vistas desde la habitación donde nos alojamos eran extraordinarias. El restaurante tenía poca variedad pero de calidad. Todo parecía positivo hasta que nos encontramos una cucaracha en el baño. Al llamar a recepción vinieron rápidamente con un insecticida pero la cucaracha logró...

Las habitaciones necesitan una reforma profunda y grande todo es viejo, el desayuno correcto está bien situado y no se puede aparcar ni disponen de acuerdo con ningún parking.

El trato en el hotel, instalaciones y comida muy buenas. La zona de alrededores con muy ambiente , en terrazas y tiendas, ya que esta situado en una zona peatonal a orillas del mar justo en frente de las piscinas de Martianez.

Hotel que cumple con las expectativas. En la línea de hoteles de Puerto de la Cruz. Lo mejor las comidas, magníficos chefs, gran variedad y calidad. El personal está bastante quemado, no pueden con todo y se les nota.
