Mejoraron en los desayunos, pero solo cambian las toallas lunes, miércoles y viernes y en 5 días no cambiaron las sabanas.

Puse en la reserva el tipo de habitación que quería y no lo tuvieron en cuenta hasta que me no acepte la habitación que me designaron.

No compensa incluir los desayunos, deja mucho que desear el bufet, no cambian las sabanas en estancias de 5 días, hay que pedírselo, casi de malas maneras. Nos dieron la habitación mas pequeña, después de ser clientes habituales, en el año anterior fui en 4 ocasiones. No es manera de cuidar los clientes.
