Christmas is a chance to discover a different side of PortAventura Park, with festive decorations, music and shows to enjoy with family, as a couple or with friends. Combine your favourite rides with the seasonal entertainment and explore the park at your own pace.
If you are visiting with children, check the daily programme to plan which shows to see and leave time for rides and breaks.
Before choosing your dates
The Christmas season runs from 20 November 2026 to 6 January 2027. Check the opening days for PortAventura Park and Ferrari Land before booking: the festive season does not mean that both parks open every day.

Planning to visit Ferrari Land? During the Christmas season, it is closed from 23 to 26 and on 30 November; from 1 to 3, from 9 to 10 and from 14 to 17 December. PortAventura Park remains open on these dates.

Shows to enjoy at Christmas

Christmas Eve at PortAventura World hotels
Enjoy a special Christmas Eve dinner after soaking up the park’s festive atmosphere. To include the celebration, book at least two nights, including 24 December 2026, on half board or full board.
- Hotel PortAventura and Gold River: a special buffet dinner at the hotel.
- Mansión de Lucy: a special Christmas Eve menu at the hotel.
These stays also include the park tickets provided with the accommodation. Check the admission days included in your booking and the parks’ opening calendar.
Important if you book bed and breakfast: the special dinner is not included. On the evening of 24 December, these hotels’ restaurants will be reserved for the celebration and will not offer their usual dinner service or other dining options.
New Year’s Eve at PortAventura World hotels
See out the year with a gala dinner, Christmas shows, the midnight countdown, traditional grapes and party favours. The celebration is included in stays of at least two nights, including 31 December 2026, on half board or full board at the hotels listed below.
- Hotel PortAventura, Gold River and Mansión de Lucy: a gala buffet dinner and disco at the PortAventura World Convention Centre. Guests can walk from Hotel PortAventura; free transport is provided from Gold River and Mansión de Lucy.
- Colorado Creek: a gala buffet dinner, shows and the midnight countdown with grapes and party favours at the hotel. The disco takes place at the Convention Centre, with free transport from the hotel.
These stays also include the park tickets provided with the accommodation. Check the admission days included in your booking and the parks’ opening calendar.
Important if you book bed and breakfast: the New Year’s Eve celebration is not included. On the evening of 31 December, these hotels’ restaurants will not offer their usual dinner service or other dining options; dining will be reserved for the special celebrations.

See out the year with a gala set-menu dinner at the hotel, the midnight countdown, grapes, party favours and a party with a DJ. Breakfast at the hotel the following morning is included. The celebration requires a minimum stay of two nights, including 31 December, with at least half board.
Bed and breakfast does not include the special dinners or celebrations.
Park tickets: optional
Tickets are optional and are only included if you choose a rate with park tickets. In that case, admission to PortAventura Park and Ferrari Land is as follows:
- Stays of one or two nights: a 1-day, 2-park ticket. The New Year’s Eve celebration still requires a minimum stay of two nights.
- Stays of three nights or more: a 2-day, 2-park ticket.
Admission is subject to the parks’ opening calendar.

What can you do at PortAventura during Christmas?
Enjoy the decorations, available attractions and Christmas shows, as well as family experiences such as El bosque encantado. The programme may vary from day to day; some activities may not run throughout the whole season.
Does the hotel include tickets to PortAventura Park and Ferrari Land?
At the resort hotels, your stay includes access to PortAventura Park from your arrival day to your departure day, both included, and one day’s access to Ferrari Land. At Mansión de Lucy, Ferrari Land access is also unlimited throughout your stay. Access is subject to each park’s opening calendar.
Ponient hotels offer rates with and without tickets. Choosing a special Christmas or New Year’s Eve dinner does not mean that park tickets are included.
What should I book to have Christmas Eve dinner included at the resort hotels?
A stay of at least two nights including the night of 24 December 2026, on half board or full board. When these conditions are met, Hotel PortAventura and Gold River include a special buffet dinner at the hotel, while Mansión de Lucy offers a special Christmas Eve set menu.
What should I book to have the New Year’s Eve celebration included?
At Hotel PortAventura, Gold River, Mansión de Lucy and Colorado Creek, you must book at least two nights including the night of 31 December 2026, on half board or full board.
These stays include the celebration arranged for your hotel: a gala dinner, Christmas shows, midnight chimes, traditional lucky grapes, party favours and a party.
Where do the New Year’s Eve dinner and party take place?
For guests staying at Hotel PortAventura, Gold River and Mansión de Lucy, the gala buffet dinner and party take place at the PortAventura World Convention Centre. You can walk there from Hotel PortAventura, and free transport is provided from Gold River and Mansión de Lucy.
At Colorado Creek, the gala dinner, shows and midnight chimes take place at the hotel. Afterwards, the disco party is held at the Convention Centre, with free transport from the hotel.
What happens if I book bed and breakfast only for 24 or 31 December?
The special dinner and celebration are not included. In addition, at the resort hotels listed for each celebration, there will be no regular dinner service or other dining options that evening. Bear this in mind before choosing bed and breakfast: do not count on being able to arrange dinner there separately.
Can I stay for just one night to enjoy these celebrations?
At the resort hotels listed, the Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve celebrations require a minimum stay of two nights, as well as the appropriate board basis.
Ponient Vila Centric has different conditions: Christmas Eve is available from one night, including 24 December, on at least half board. New Year’s Eve requires two nights, including 31 December, also on at least half board.
What do the celebrations at Ponient Vila Centric include?
On Christmas Eve, a special festive set-menu dinner at the hotel restaurant and breakfast the following morning.
On New Year’s Eve, a gala set-menu dinner at the hotel, midnight chimes, traditional lucky grapes, party favours, a party with a DJ and breakfast the following morning.
Park tickets are optional. If you choose a rate with tickets, stays of one or two nights include a 1-day, 2-park ticket; stays of three or more nights include a 2-day, 2-park ticket for PortAventura Park and Ferrari Land, subject to their opening calendars. The minimum stay of two nights still applies to the New Year’s Eve celebration.
Can I book with free cancellation?
Some rates allow cancellation without charge up to a specified date, while others are non-refundable. The deadline and conditions depend on the rate you choose; check them before confirming your booking.
