Muy buen hotel situado junto al Loro Parque, y muy cerca de la playa, buena relación calidad precio, buena limpieza y personal muy amable, el bufet no está mal, y la animación fantástica para los peques, por decir algo negativo, el mobiliario muy antiguo y deteriorado, la tv de 21' no es acorde a un 4*, en el todo incluido los cócteles son de barri...

El hotel está dirigido a los extranjeros sobre todo el horario para la cena, tardan mucho en reponer la comida. En un comedor no ponen el aire acondicionado y no se puede estar. Yo tuve un problema nada más llegar, que posteriormente me lo solucionó quierohotel, y aún estoy esperando que se disculpen. Muy amable y eficaz la persona que me atendió p...

Todo genial!!! Personal amabilísimo y con gran capacidad de trabajo. Felicitaciones al personal del restaurante, recepción, bar, animación, limpieza,.... Muy cerca del Loro Parque, se llega andando en 15 minutos. Sin duda, volvería a escogerlo.
