The Apartments were top value, spacious and the kitchens were all you need and more. Serviced daily, good baths, showers and clean towels and a GREAT firm bed - located right near a train station and very close to attractions about a 15 to 20 minute walk, we couldnt have imagined a better way to spend out christmas and the staff were a just lovely....

I had a good time in Barcelona. Thank you very much. The service was great and the staff are very kind. But I think the hotel should prepare some special things for the people from Asian, particularly China and Japan, for example the adapters and scales. Anyway, thank you very much.

The arrival at reception was poor. We had hit a low point on staff levels as only one person was dealing with checkins and answering the phone. Genereally when there were staff we got our questions answered but smiling faces were not very obvious. At breakfast time one of the staff was very welcoming and always smiling and helpful but her colleague...
