We found the staff both friendly and courtious, the quality of cooking questionable, enterainment good, we found our stay in the hotel very comfortable and relaxing. We found one male staff member in the lounge very courtious and friendly but it was noticed by us and a lot of guests that he had a very bad body odour. We were very disappointed that ...

Stafff and Hotel are a credit to your company, from the Bar staff, restaurant staff and reception nothing was too much trouble for them. Always helpful and very polite. It will be a pleasure to stay here again and we look forward to our next visit in the summer and be able to take advantage of the outside areas.
