Habitación en pésimo estado, baño con bastante antigüedad y váter roto, al enchufar el cargador del móvil, se baja la palanca y nos quedamos sin luz, al entrar el servicio de limpieza daba mucho que desear. La cama del tercer adulto era una cama supletoria de tamaño muy reducido y un colchón sin grosos.

Decir q este hotel es de 4 estrellas me parece un disparate, habitaciones decadentes, poca higiene, buffet de comidas escaso y fritanga a tope, espectáculos de pueblo y los horarios de comidas xa extranjeros, última hora de cena las 9!!!!. No me ha gustado nada.

Para empezar este hotel como mucho tiene 1 estrella, decepción total, hotel muy viejo, piscinas sucias toda la estancia, olor a cloaca en la zona de piscina, imposible hacerte con una hamaca, a no ser que te levantaras a las 6 de la mña a adueñarte de una poniendo toalla encima como hacía todo el mundo,y podría seguir.... lo único pasable el bufet,...

La llegada al hotel fue horrible. Mala comunicación y trato de parte de los recepcionistas. Nos dieron la habitación equivocada y además el servicio de toallas y sábanas fue desastroso. Para ir con bebés no sirve. Las placas de la supuesta cocina están desconectadas. Sólo decir que no hay ni un vaso y menos una cacerola o cuchara. La respuesta de la recepcionista fue ....
