Todo genial. El hotel está perfecto. Recepción muy atentos. Habitación muy amplia, limpia y mucho servicio. Piscina muy bien y servicio de cafetería también. La decoración de la entrada del hotel está espectacular. Precio muy barato para 3 personas. Fueron 2 noches y todo perfecto.

Buen hotel, gratamente sorprendido, limpio, agradable, habitaciones amplias. Tiene cafetería y restaurante. Se aparca sin problemas. Tiene piscina de verano con jardín, yo fui en abril así que no estaba en funcionamiento aún.

Estancia agradable. Hotel tranquilo que se corresponde mas con 3 que con 4 estrellas. Lo mejor la amabilidad de las chicas de recepción y la piscina y lo menos bueno algunos aspectos del buffet del desayuno.

No es un 4 estrellas por las instalaciones de las habitaciones se refiere y el servicio de bufé se oye las duchas contiguas, el baño tiene defectos de mantenimiento básico como bidé y wc tiemblan por no estar correctamente asentados al suelo, amenitis del baño ausentes, sin protecciones para la contención de agua en la bañera. El desayuno continent...

Nos pusieron en una habitación en la ultima planta y cuando llovió sonaba muchisimo el agua y pedimos que nos cambiaran, nos pusieron en la primera al otro lado, y a parte de la lluvia se oia el viento a traves de la ventana, y al final nos pusieron en la 3 y bien, sin ningún ruido.

Lo único que puedo decirles es que como podrán comprobar he tenido que abortar los planes del fin de semana y venirme anticipadamente por la pésima atención en el hotel la cual ha finalizado, por primera vez en mí vida, cursando una hoja de reclamaciones ante la delegación de turismo de la Junta de Castilla y Leon, contra el hotel.

Alguna chica de recepcion, deberia tener un poco mas de Don de gentes., pero en fin. Hotel bastante decente, quizás algo alejado, 45 kms al centro historico, con lo que se necesita coche para desplazarse. El desayuno deja bastante que desear, para dormir desde luego es bastante tranquilo y limpio. Wifi gratis.
