Next to Duraton river and the old Jewish quarter this hotel occupies the former Santa Clara convent which dates of 17th Century. It has been refurbished on 2006 retaining the wonderful elements of the original building featuring the old cloister and a glass dome. The restaurant is located in the old cloister chapel and you could enjoy its wonderful traditional cooking with some avant-garde influence. The hotel offers conference facilities and meeting rooms for business travellers.

No utilicé el Spa, dado que mi tiempo de estancia en el hotel no se ajustó. Si vi las instalaciones del mismo desde el jardín y pregunté por horarios y precios. Creo que, al igual que el albornoz y zapatillas hasta llegar al Spa son gratuitas, debería valorarse también la opción del gorro y las zapatillas para dentro del Spa de igual manera como en...
