Positivo: A proximidade da praia, a área do apartamento, a simpatia de alguns funcionários e o recinto das piscinas. Negativo: Execesso de ruido provocado por clientes que por falta de civismo, faziam barulhos gritos, falar alto... até altas horas da madrugada, o que impedia o descanso dos demais utentes.
