Muy buena atención por el personal de recepción así como por la camarera de desayuno. Hablan español y tratan de ayudar en todo lo que se necesita. Habitación amplia, completa y silenciosa. Muy buena la situación del hotel, justo tras el Palacio de los Dogos y Plaza de San Marcos. El desayuno muy completo. Estupendo hotel.
