The hotel is very complete it has all you need for a relaxing holiday. Very orientated to Dutch and Germans. Reception very helpful and speak many languages. Beautiful hotel, nice food, professional and gentle staff, unique setting, looking at the northern, almost untouched coast. Puerto de las nieves is 5 minute walk away there is also a fast ferry for Tenerife, 1 hour trip but expensive. You can get there by a bus connecting directly Las Palmas to Puerto de las Nieves-Agaete, or by renting a cheap car...

Clean, good location, staff is not very helpful, rooms are well equipped, meals are the same through all stay. Wish the pool would open earlier and close later. Animation is disgusting, but think it depends on guests there were mostly elders in that period October.

We had a nice stay at the hotel barcelo Las Margaritas. The personnel was very kind and helpful, always... all people. The only thing is the animations from 930 p.m. till 11 pm are too noisy for an relaxing holiday and all the rooms are oriented towards the outside scene. Our daughter could not sleep before 11 pm.
