Clean, good location, staff is not very helpful, rooms are well equipped, meals are the same through all stay. Wish the pool would open earlier and close later. Animation is disgusting, but think it depends on guests there were mostly elders in that period October.

Beautiful hotel, nice food, professional and gentle staff, unique setting, looking at the northern, almost untouched coast. Puerto de las nieves is 5 minute walk away there is also a fast ferry for Tenerife, 1 hour trip but expensive. You can get there by a bus connecting directly Las Palmas to Puerto de las Nieves-Agaete, or by renting a cheap car...

The only values of hotel Dunas are position close to the beach and the kindness of staff. Room are small, bathroom is small and its stinks, wifi is bad, they still have all type tv set, food is low quality. and animation ... you hardly realize they have.
