What you'll find at Halloween at PortAventura World 2026
During Halloween, PortAventura Park changes its atmosphere with themed decorations, characters and shows in different areas, including the streets of Far West. You can come for the haunted passages or enjoy the music and family-friendly activities.
In 2026, El Carnicero de Penitence premieres for those seeking stronger thrills, along with Resurrection, the new show at the Saloon.

Halloween takes place from 19 September to 15 November 2026. If you also want to visit Ferrari Land, check its opening days, as they do not always coincide with those of PortAventura Park.

Coming in November? During Halloween, Ferrari Land is closed from 2 to 5 and from 9 to 12 November. PortAventura Park remains open on those days.

Halloween for families: there's room for fun too
Halloween at PortAventura World does not always mean being scared. There is also music, characters and shows to enjoy as a family. If you are visiting with children, you can combine these activities with your favourite attractions and choose how much of a role you want the scares to play.
This season's highlights include Ya es Halloween!, Halloween Magic Bubble and Halloween Parade. Check the day's programme to decide what to see and leave enough time between one show and the next.
Haunted passages: for those seeking strong thrills
If you're into horror and strong thrills, this season you can choose from El Carnicero de Penitence, La Isla Maldita, La Muerte Viva, REC Experience and Angkor, la Leyenda del Rey Caníbal.
These five haunted passages are charged separately from park admission. You can purchase individual access or check the combinations available with the Halloween Passport. Before choosing, check the operating days and the age recommendations and restrictions for each experience.
If you want to see Resurrection: the Saloon show requires a compulsory minimum spend.

Do all hotels include tickets to PortAventura World?
The resort hotels include tickets, always subject to the parks' opening calendar. Ponient hotels offer options with and without tickets. At the other nearby hotels, you will have the option to add tickets in the final step of the booking process.
Do the tickets included with the hotel provide access to all attractions and shows?
The tickets allow you to enjoy the attractions and shows included with park admission, subject to their opening times, availability and age, height and safety restrictions. Some experiences require an additional payment. Having a ticket does not guarantee that all facilities will be operating during your visit.
Are the haunted passages included in park admission?
El Carnicero de Penitence, La Isla Maldita, La Muerte Viva, REC Experience and Angkor: La leyenda del Rey Caníbal require additional paid access. The family haunted passage Truco o Trato is included with park admission.
What is the Halloween Passport?
It is a pass that gives access to the haunted passages included in the option you choose. It is purchased separately and does not replace admission to PortAventura Park. Before buying it, check which haunted passages are included and the conditions of use.
Can you enjoy Halloween without going into the haunted passages?
Yes. You can enjoy the decorations, characters and shows without entering the haunted passages. There are family-friendly options such as Halloween Magic Bubble, the shows at Sésamo Aventura and Halloween Parade. For those who want to try a family-friendly haunted passage, there is Truco o Trato; children under 12 must enter accompanied by an adult.
Do the haunted passages and shows have the same opening times as the park?
Not necessarily. Each experience has its own operating days and times. Check the programme for the day of your visit to plan your time and allow enough time for walking between areas and queuing.
Can I leave the park and re-enter on the same day?
Yes. Keep your ticket and ask park staff for an exit stamp so that you can re-enter. This can be useful if you want to take a break and come back later.
What happens if it rains during my visit?
According to PortAventura World's conditions, rain and the closure of some attractions for weather or safety reasons do not entitle you to a refund or a change of date for park admission. Bad weather may limit the attractions available during your visit. Hotel cancellation is subject to the conditions of the booked rate.
Can I cancel my hotel booking?
It depends on the rate you choose. Before confirming your booking, you can check the cancellation conditions and, where applicable, the date until which you can cancel free of charge.
