PortAventura Hotels with tickets included

The resort's six themed hotels are Hotel PortAventura, Hotel Caribe, Hotel El Paso, Hotel Gold River, Hotel Colorado Creek and Hotel Mansión de Lucy. You can also stay at Ponient by PortAventura World hotels in Salou and Vila-seca, with options with or without park tickets.

As well as staying in a themed hotel, you can enjoy these benefits:

• PortAventura Park throughout your stay: unlimited access from your arrival day to your departure day, both included, on days when the park is open.
• One day's admission to Ferrari Land, subject to its opening calendar. Check your hotel's specific benefits and the tickets included in your booking.
• Free parking at the hotel, with limited spaces, subject to availability.
• Free Wi-Fi at the hotels.
• PortAventura Pass: pay for purchases in the parks with your room key after activating the service at reception.
• Shopping pick-up service: shop in the park and collect your purchases at the hotel, without carrying them around all day.
• Priority reservations at PortAventura Park's table-service restaurants, arranged through the hotel's Guest Service desk.

These benefits apply to resort hotels. Ponient hotels have their own conditions.

It depends on the type of hotel you book. At resort hotels, park tickets form part of your booking according to each park's opening calendar. Ponient hotels offer options with or without tickets. Check which tickets your stay includes and the opening calendar before choosing your dates.

Yes: if you stay at a resort hotel, admission to PortAventura Park includes your arrival and departure days, provided the park is open. You can make the most of your break from the first day to the last.

When you arrive, go to the hotel reception to check in: your room key card also serves as your park ticket. Resort hotels have 24-hour reception. We recommend arriving early to make the most of the day: you can check in and enter the parks during opening hours even if your room is not ready yet. Ask reception where to leave your luggage; lockers are available for a charge.

Not all of them have a direct entrance to PortAventura Park. Hotel PortAventura connects to Mediterrània, while Gold River, Colorado Creek and Mansión de Lucy have access through Far West.

Hotel El Paso and Hotel Caribe are also part of the resort, but do not have direct access: you will need to walk to the park entrance. It is approximately 500 metres from El Paso and 700 metres from Caribe. Keep this in mind when choosing your hotel if you are travelling with children or would like to return to it during the day.

We recommend spending at least two days at PortAventura Park. This gives you more time for the main rides and shows without rushing from one place to another. If you have limited time or would prefer shorter queues, consider buying an Express Pass at your hotel reception, where discounts are often available. Check which rides it covers and the conditions of the pass you choose.

The price depends on your dates, hotel, number of guests and rate. Use the search form to check the price and conditions for your stay.

There are options for a quick bite or a sit-down meal: you will find fast-food outlets, self-service restaurants and à la carte dining. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, tell the staff when you arrive at the restaurant, before ordering, so that a supervisor or manager can explain the available options.

Food and drinks from outside are not permitted, except in cases of food allergies or intolerances. If you need to bring your own food for this reason, you must show a medical certificate confirming the allergy or intolerance, together with your identification document, when entering the park. The park is not responsible for storing or keeping your food safe.

Yes, there are paid lockers, and single or double pushchairs, manual wheelchairs and mobility scooters are available for hire. Ask Guest Services about hire locations and conditions. Numbers are limited: if you need a wheelchair or scooter, we recommend checking availability before your visit and requesting one on arrival. Arriving early may help, but does not guarantee availability.
